Measure the area you want to fence in. Purchase enough lattice privacy fence sections of equal dimensions area. Use a post-hole digger to dig the 2-foot-by-2-foot hole in the ground. Space the holes out so that they are equal to the width of the sections of vinyl. For example, vinyl sections are 4 meters wide, space holes four meters apart.
